Evilo Greene in the '20s

We had the pleasure of meeting with Will and Lois Theilmann. Will's mother, Evilo, modeled for Harzfeld's in the mid-1920s, as in the above photo which appeared in the "brown" pages of the Kansas City Journal Post.

Opal Marie Payne

Our sympathies to the family and friends of Opal Payne. Her grandson, Ryan, informed us of her passing. She was a long-time lingerie buyer and after retirement, returned to the Corinth store as a manager. Ryan remembers many days as a child riding with his retired grandfather from western Kansas City, KS to the Corinth store to pick up his grandma from work. Opal was 96.
