My Grandmother was one of the Harzfeld's first models. I bought your book and found her in your employee "family tree". Her name was Anna Austin. She was widowed in 1924 and moved to Kansas City to find work. My father, Thomas Stanfield was her only child. She remarried in 1927 to Charles Austin. He was a barber so by 1930 she was listed as a manicurist. I have a very "stylish" picture of her if you would like to see it. Bonnie Stanfield, CA
